Answers for organisations evaluating PitchCraft
These questions address identity, guarantees, operating model and practical logistics. Prefer a live conversation? Request a pitch briefing and we will tailor answers to your category and constraints.
Read these before comparing agencies on price alone
Digital marketing procurement often collapses into rate cards and promises. PitchCraft would rather over-clarify fit. The FAQ below uses Canadian English and reflects how we actually work from Winnipeg — not a generic agency script imported from elsewhere.
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, budget, creative execution, platform policies and audience response. We provide strategy, creative and campaign delivery; results vary. Illustrative case metrics are not forecasts.
Is PitchCraft an AI platform, chatbot product or automated media engine?
No. PitchCraft is a digital marketing agency staffed by practitioners. We may recommend responsible tools, measurement platforms and automation inside client stacks, but we are not an AI company, SaaS vendor or self-serve software product. If you are shopping for an AI platform licence, we are the wrong supplier — and we will say so early.
Does PitchCraft guarantee sales, follower growth, viral reach or a fixed ROI?
No. We do not guarantee sales, followers, viral outcomes or return on investment. Anyone who guarantees those under typical Canadian market conditions is either misrepresenting risk or optimising for contract signatures rather than stewardship. We commit to craft, transparent measurement, clear scopes and responsive optimisation within agreed budgets and constraints. Results always vary.
Are you an IT outsourcing firm or web design studio?
No. Development and IT outsourcing are adjacent industries but not our mandate. We collaborate with your web and technology partners when marketing needs technical support — tagging, landing templates, CRM hooks — yet PitchCraft’s core deliverable remains marketing strategy, creative direction and campaign delivery. A “website redesign sold as growth” is not our offer.
Who should brief PitchCraft?
Marketing directors, demand-generation leads, brand owners and founders of B2B or mid-market organisations with defined commercial goals. Ideal briefs include current channel spend, sales motion, competitive set and the decisions leadership needs in the next two quarters. Pure awareness vanity projects without commercial anchors are a weaker fit.
Where is PitchCraft located and how do remote engagements work?
Our office is at 330 St. Mary Avenue, Suite 300, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3Z5. We serve clients across Manitoba and Canada. Steering, workshops and creative reviews run effectively over video; on-site intensives are available by arrangement. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Central Time.
What is the difference between programmes and services?
Programmes (PC-101 through PC-601) are multi-week or retainer engagements with coded scopes for sustained operating models — SEO foundations, paid media accelerators, CRO labs, brand strategy, automation engines and integrated growth retainers. Services are bounded interventions: audits, sprints, workshops, creative reviews, analytics setups and success reviews. Many relationships begin with a service then graduate to a programme.
How are fees structured and invoiced?
Programme fees are typically monthly retainers or fixed engagement fees, stated in Canadian dollars, with media platform spend billed separately by the platforms or through your media accounts. Services are fixed-fee with clear artefacts. Statements of work outline payment schedules. We do not pad proposals with unexplained “technology surcharges” that obscure labour from licence resale.
How does PitchCraft handle personal information and PIPEDA consent?
The contact form requires explicit consent before submission. Enquiry data is used to respond and, if engaged, to deliver contracted work under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information. Questions about privacy may be directed to [email protected]. Cookie preferences are managed separately via our cookie banner and Cookie Policy.
How quickly can a programme start after briefing?
Service interventions can often begin within one to two weeks of signed scope and access provisioning. Full programmes typically onboard across two to four weeks as accounts, creative archives and analytics access are collected. Timeline honesty depends on your organisation’s ability to grant access and assign an internal sponsor — not on agency slide theatre.
Do you work exclusively in Manitoba or nationally?
Winnipeg is our centre of gravity, but programmes routinely support national Canadian brands and multi-province organisations. Regional language, seasonal and regulatory nuances are treated as strategic inputs. When Quebec francophone creative or specialised legal categories require additional partners, we recommend qualified collaborators rather than pretending infinite in-house coverage.
What should we prepare for a pitch briefing?
Bring category positioning (even if imperfect), current marketing KPIs, budget envelopes, creative samples, analytics access posture and known operational bottlenecks. Clear constraints help us propose a realistic programme. Vague briefs still receive clarifying questions — that is part of craft, not a delay tactic.
How should we interpret case metrics on your site?
Metrics such as campaign counts or average CPL reductions are illustrative of structured work across programmes. They are not promises for your account. Markets differ. Creative differs. Platform policies change. Treat metrics as evidence that we measure — not as contractual forecasting.
Still deciding between agencies?
Compare on clarity of scope, willingness to refuse harmful guarantees, measurement maturity and cultural fit under pressure. PitchCraft publishes what we are not — AI platform, SaaS, IT outsourcing, non-marketing web studio — so you can filter quickly. When ready, send a briefing request; we respond with questions that probe commercial reality rather than a one-size template proposal.
